There was internal investigation in connection with incident which was accurred.

1.Customer (Alla Mykhaylenko, as we know her name now) came to our store not at        closing time. It was at least before 6:00 pm (our business hours are 10:00am to            8:00pm).
 
2. All products she paid for were checked at the checkout.
 
3. Capacity of bottle (because of which all this happened) is 25ml. Content of liquid in it     is 5m. (what is indicated on package). That is why it could be used as a reason to         think that bottle was empty. Besides it is spray bottle, it has dosing nozzle and it         needs to be used as directed.
 
4. We work on "The customer is always right" principle.
    That is exactly why on the next day when she came to us to bring an accusations,        she was handed additional nasal spray by sales person right away without any              discussion.
 
5. We value our customers.
    That is why none of our workers  will let oneself to wish any bad things to anyone            ever.
     This is our reputation which is one of main factors in business.
 
6. We do not sell expired products at all.
 
In conclusion we'd like to express our deep apology if there was nay communication.

Review: I came in to get some medications for my daughter. I needed some nasal drops and cough syrup. Along with syrup, that did not helped, because on duty doctor thought my daughter had some kind of virus, I got a nasal spray NAZOFERON 5ml $24.99. I was paying and at the same time, I saw, doctor was checking the bottle. So I did not checked it my self because I thought it was checked and no need to do so again. When I came home I asked my husband to treat my daughter's nose but he said that the bottle is empty and that it does not spray. Because I came in to make purchase right before store closing time (transportation problems), I could not come back the same day to do exchange. So I came in first thing the next morning. There was male-owner who was helping me, he went to refrigerator, where this spray is supposed to be stored, opened another one and it was full bottle. The owner make easy exchange for the item. I came back one week after all that, like doctor told me to do to check the progress of my baby's heath, there was no progress so we decided to use another medications. At the check out, owner said THAT MY DAUGHTER DID NOT GOT BETTER BECAUSE I STOLE THAT NASAL MEDICATION AND THAT WAS KIND OF PUNISHMENT TO ME!!!! I tried to solve that problem calmly and said that maybe company made mistake, skipped that bottle, but he said that he checked thirty (or so) bottles and they all were full. I was keep trying to explain that it is impossible that I sprayed full bottle into my baby's nose at night and in the morning. I told him that this is why I came in, in the morning, to exchange because I did not used it ones,there was no medication to give. But he called me LIAR and THIEF! I took my belonging, my daughter and left without buying anything. My mom, who was there with me all times that I was there, was shocked. I was crying whole day because it hurt my feeling and especially that he wanted my daughter not to get better. She is so little,what kind of human would want to wish that to a babyDesired Settlement: In "revenge" I would like specially qualifying people to go into the pharmacy for the full audit of documentation as well as products that they have. When I was there last time,they had at least 2 shelves of EXPIRED PRODUCTS. One shelf's note said that products are expired and that is for free .The others were expired like couple of months ago and were on sale. As I was told by others,it is illegal to carry expired products.
