Review: I was there to treat my 5 year old to a pedicure. I was talked into having eyelash extensions by a technician who stated they last for "More then 30 days". I asked the technician if "Swimming, and wearing makeup is ok because we are going on vacation the next day" she said "Yes, only way to remove them is by us". I woke up the next morning and more then half the lashes were falling off. With my family in tow we drove back to the salon, the same technician took me into her room and proceeded to remove the rest of the remaining lashes. Then she proceeded to tell me that she can put them back on. I explained that I have no time because my family is waiting in our car and we need to make a flight, then I asked her for a refund. She left the room and came back a few minutes later to tell me "I cannot give you a refund, I can only offer to redo them now". I repeated myself again that my family is waiting in the car because we need to make a flight. I again requested a refund, the [redacted] then came in and told me "since she spent an hour yesterday applying the lashes I cannot have a credit or refund" I again explained to the [redacted] that I cannot have them reapplied because I need to "Make a fight" he said "I'm sorry I cannot help you".Desired Settlement: Since the lashes lasted less then 24 hours and were supposed to last "More then 30 days" I should of been refunded and/or offered a store credit. Instead I was treated poorly and was allowed to leave without a proper resolution. As a [redacted] myself I would never treat a customer in such a manor. I honestly don't think requesting a refund was an "unrealistic request" since I returned less then 24 hours later. My credit card company agrees and has agreed to issue me the refund...
