Victor's Landscaping

We've utilized Victor's Lanscaping for doing stone worn at our house. The work is falling apart after less than two months. We paid the following for stone work:Outdoor Kitchen $4500Patio with firepit $6800 original and $2700 for addition patioChimney with pizza oven $5000Front walkway and driveway sections $8500Total $27,500Payments were made try personal check to Victor. Work was started late 2014 and competed mid-May 2015. Victor used cheap materials and as a result, all of the work is falling apart after less than two months of being completed. In addition, the sealant Victor used was applied improperly and as a result is bubbling in many spots and looks totally uneven throughout. This all has been a total nightmare. I have tons of pictures detailing all the work performed. We received a quote from a different stone guy to resolve and fix all issues. This work entails removing all of the existing mortar and reapplying new mortar of higher quality. As well as using chemicals to remove all of the existing stain and then reapplying property. This work totals over $10,000. Desired SettlementWe want a refund from Victor's Landscaping for $10,000. If we can't resolve we will be filing a small court claims for that amount.
