Review: Video Game Solution is a vendor that is utilized through Maryland Division of Correction . On December 2015, I ordered the following merchandise Nerelco trimmers $19.95; Hanes Boxers (709BPS) $20.00 ; Champion Sweat Pants ( PT310) $14.06 and Hanes RI ( White P3 253SP3) $10.00.

I have made numerous of attempts to reach [redacted] by telepone dialing these two contact numbers ###-###-#### ###-###-####. As of this day I have yet to get a response or my merchandise. The facility in which I am housed has suggested that I contact the Video Game Solution.Desired Settlement: I would prefer the Video Game Solution sends me the requested items. If not please refund my money.

The package was delivered in April and the inmate was on segregation and has been for a couple of months. The property officer has informed me this morning that it will be issued when he comes out of lockup. Also we only have one phone number for us and it is ###-###-####.

Review: I ordered four items in February 2016 from Video Games Solutions: Xbox, TV, HDMI Cable, Rechargeable controller. The money was taken out of my account. It is now the end of May and I still have not received the order. I tried to call their number and no one answered the phone and there was no voice mail.Desired Settlement: Would like the order delivered ASAP.

Please provide the date the check was cashed and the check number for the order. We do not have an order for this person and no record of ever receiving it. If the order does come to us we will return it to the correctional center. A copy of this complaint will be sent to the property officer at [redacted] for there review.

This does not solve the complaint. My SSID is [redacted] and DOC# is [redacted].Unfortunately a receipt was not given to me by [redacted]. I know that $472 was taken from my account for the TV, XBOX, controller/charger, and HDMI cable. I am not sure why you do not have a record. I believe the date is approximately 25 Feb 16.

The package was signed for on March 15, 2015 by [redacted], Since this is a family member we will refer them to the property officer for more information. As far as the package, we will contact [redacted] this afternoon to have the package returned for a full refund and this will bring a close to this matter.

if you had indicated in your first response that this was at [redacted] instead of saying you had no record of receiving the order I would not be rejecting the response To now say you will contact the property office to return the materials and issue a refund means that instead of now directing the need for the property office to deliver the package you take me back to say are one all I wanted was to get the order delivered if you had provided correct response in the beginning or even answered your phone this complaint would not have been required

Review: Hello I am incarcerated at the [redacted] correctional institute in [redacted] md. This is one of the venders we use for ordering items for personal use. I ordered a game system back in April of 2015 and still have not received it. I would like to receive my Item or a refund. I have had my family call multiple times a day and they get no answer. I contacted property at my facility and they said I do not have package yet. Its been entirely to long and I would just like to know what is going on and what I can expect next. Please contact my sister [redacted] if you have any further questions.Thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the item I ordered please. If for some reason it is not available I would like a refund. A money order was already cashed a couple months ago so I should have received my item by now.

Attached is the copy of the order from [redacted] Correctional Inst. for the above inmate. The Check was dated May 28 and was not mailed to us until the middle of June. We will return the money to the correctional center as there seems to be many problems with this order before it got us.

I would like to disregard this complaint. It was due to a communication error with the [redacted] facility and video game solutions inc had not connection to that error

Review: A product was ordered from video game solutionsin march 2015 that was never received. When trying to reach the business and inquire we were told the order is on the way. After still having not received the order we continue to call, most times there is no answer. When we do get through we are told he will look through the hundreds of invoices and give us a call back on when the item was sent. We never received a call back and make several more attempts to reach the business, however the phone continuously rings with no answer. Messages have been left for a return call and still nothing. It has been months and we still have not received anything, not even any information on the order.Desired Settlement: We would love to just receive the product. It is for an incarcerated individual that can not receive from any and everywhere. The common curteosy would be nice but a refund at this point is all we desire

The item has been shipped and received at the correctional center, The inmate submitted his order missing the Sid number on the order form, the family provide the information and the order was corrected.
