What a great company and even better customer service after the sale. We purchased a faucet set several years ago and encountered some troubles recently. Although Vigo could have hid behind the warranty period time frame, Vigo worked with me to create a positive solution for both parties. I highly recommend this company. Thanks From Houston Texas

Customer service was very helpful, send out a part as courtesy even though our manufacturer warranty has expired.

Review: I ordered a part that. I gave the model number to the man in the servis department he told me you need this part I said ok and gave my cc to pay for it .I went to my coustemers house to install it and it is the wrong part no I just lost time and money called Vigo servis to tell them it is the wrong part after 45 min being on hold the man tells me to ship it Back at my cost .I mailed it back two weeks ago costing me $12 sending it regular mail with no tracking number they told me they ever received it and I can not get my Money back for his lack in knowledge of the product sending me the right partDesired Settlement: My credit card getting refunded $62 dollars

To whom it may concern,

This customer contacted us a few months back requesting a part from one of our representatives. This representative sent out the part that was requested by the customer. The customer then called back a week or two later stating that this was the wrong part. We typically do not have a return or a refund policy on our parts orders. However, we went above and beyond for this customer and informed him that if he sent the part back to us, he would be credited for the total amount of his order. This is standard return policy. The customer claims he sent the part back to us via regular mail, which he states did not have a tracking number. All packages shipped, with the exception of standard letters have tracking numbers. Regular mail would be United States Postal Service, which I personally use to ship parts out everyday and I always receive a tracking number.

Either way, we waited a few weeks and still never received the package. However, we once again decided to go above and beyond and refund the customer the full amount of his order. He then stated that we should refund him for the shipping he spent to ship the part back to us, even though we never received the part back. I believe by us already refunding the customers full amount for the order, we have satisfied this issue.

After many years of use, my faucet started to leak. I contacted vigo's customer service and they were extremely helpful. They definitely stand behind their product and shipped replacement parts to me at no charge. It's refreshing as well as surprising to find a company that cares for their customers. I've found too many companies care only about profit and not the product. Trust me, you won't go wrong purchasing a Vigo faucet. The faucet was beautiful as well as the customer service that was amazing.
