Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I was never inform about any cancellation fee , I never received any email about the agreement term until May [redacted] when I called to asked about the fee, when I sign up the only thing that was mention to me was the Renewal program if I wanted to cancel I would have to do it day before my next billing cycle I never sign anything about an dollar cancellation fee and No one ever mention that to me I had no knowledge about thisattached is a copy of what was mention to me as well as a review from [redacted] in regards to the same issues In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

At Vigorous Fitness Clubs we currently have different membership options [redacted] did choose a month-to-month agreementWith this agreement the cancellation policy is simple- come in to the club, sign a cancellation form and it will cancel days from that dayAfter signing an agreement, all members receive a copy from our billing company which gets sent to their emailThey are allowed to look over it and address any questions they may have at that timeThe agreement also states that when canceling there will be a $cancellation fee drafted from their billing method for this particular membershipIt does not state that she is locked into a contract with this membershipA contract would state that she is locked into a membership for a certain period of time ( we do have this type but it is not the one she chose.) Therefore she is able to cancel at any time- which she didIf she was locked into any type of agreement she would have to wait until her term was over to cancel but the type she chose gave her the freedom to cancel at any time that she wishedAll terms are clearly stated in the agreement which she signed and has copies of

Review: I purchased a Deal from [redacted] and this lead me to this GYM... After Attended Two classes from Vigorous I decided to join. I informed the front desk receptionist that I wasn't interested in a contract. She give me three options I went with the second options which was advertised it as:1. No contract- Month to month billing2.I would not be penalized if I joined and then either wanted to freeze my account or cancel.If I choose to cancel, I would have to cancel at least 14 days before my next billing date to not get charged for the following month.I would have to come in to cancel it .While signing up I was also told that I would get an email regarding my membership terms.. Three different places and read them to me ..The first one with the Renewal Program options "which stated that I had 14 days before my next billing date to not get charged for the following month.The second and third relate to my payment options.Not once did anyone mention an cancellation fee and I never received an email until today when I got an pending Cancellation Notice from [redacted]. I cancelled my memberships the ending of April They advertised as no contract. I remember when I signed up they said they were going to email me a contract and had me sign the electronic signature pad on the spot. I did not get a contract emailed to me or one in person so I had nothing to review. Had I had this form in front of me I would have questioned the bullet point that would have said $99 cancellation fee and would have most likely not joined.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the time that i'm not about to go because of this issuse
