Spent $2000 for extended warranty. Insurance says lock cylinder is not covered only door lock. Date of purchase:[redacted] Desired SettlementI paid for extended warranty. The insurance agent said, the door latch is not covered but "lock" inside the latch is covered. The auto body shop told me (actually showed me), we cant repair lock since the latch is completely plastic moulded. So he changed the entire latch. [redacted] Thank you.
