Review: I went to this florist to get while lilies for my mother for my father's funeral. It was a gift for her. They cost $6 a stem, I bought them around 9:20AM. By the afternoon the flowers were leaning all the way over, the stems had deteriorated, and the petals were looking withered. When I went back the next day to ask for a refund of half of what I'd spent the [redacted] was completely smug and told me he wouldn't refund any money just because he won't. He offered me three colored lilies instead--which were surrounding, HIDING, the withered white ones that he had sold me the day before. I refused, and told him it was insulting that he wouldn't even offer me enough lilies to cover the equivalent of what I'd spent. I even showed him the photo of the bad flowers and he tried to tell me that I must have snapped the stems like that. What sense does that make? Why would I do that and go through the trouble when I'm dealing with my dad's passing. Who has the time or energy for that?! And then take time away from being with my family during a time like that to go complain about it if it wasn't true? What planet does he live on?!When I grabbed another flower, a potted flower that would have been a better compensation and suggested it the guy grabbed me around my shoulders and torso. When I threw him off of me, heading to the door he tried to grab me again. We had a tussle trying to get through the door, as I tried to run and grab a police officer I saw outside and he tried to run after me. It's pretty simple--if you overcharge someone AND you sell them bad product, own up to it, give them their money back, and then don't insult them, and certainly don't assault them. I will NOT be stuck paying for this. I want ALL my money back!!!Desired Settlement: I already contacted my bank to reverse the charges because they overcharged me in the first place and wouldn't resolve my issue. The bank informed me that they could process a reversal but that the business could simply reprocess the payment. In the event that this happens I want a full refund, a formal full refund of my money, with no dispute! I will NOT pay for something that I did not get. The [redacted] knows that he did wrong by me and needs to make this whole.
