Villas at Willow Creek

Resided at Willow Creek Apartments for 8 months. I have requested a dishwasher for 8 monthsstill no working dishwasher. I have lived at WIllow Creek Townhomes for 8 months. I have requested a working dishwasher since March 2015. the one that is in the residence has no buttons, no knobs, and does not work. for several mnonths I have had a horrible smell come from the kitchen....I opened the nonworking dishwasher last night, and there is standing water that is severely molded and soured and putrid in there. The sign in front of willow creek advertises new appliances and carpet, but I have not been issued either. I cant even get an old appliance that works. I keep getting put off every month that I ask several times. Desired SettlementIt would be nice if I could g3et a new dishwasher that actually works, and new carpet as advertised. But, considering I have been without a working appliance for 8 months, and Willow Creek has expected me to pay in full on time each month, but they haven't held up their end of the bargain, I am asking for a billing adjustment for my remaining rent that will compensate me for this terrible issue that has never been resolved.

My water will not get warm nor hotFriday 1-24-14 around 1pm I noticed my water would not warm. I called the leasing office at 2:32pm and the leasing attendant told me she wouod put in an order. I went into the office at 4:10pm to let her know my water is still cold before leavinf for work. I returned at 9:20 and my water is still cold as of 12:17pm 1-25-14. I went intonthe office this morning as was told that a pipe burst, this is the first time I'm hearing of this and I was told maintenence will not fix my water until momday because he is off although he lives on site. Also after asking for management's number the leasing attendant refused to give me her number.Desired SettlementRepair the hot water, the dishwasher that has never worked, and a refund of rent for the month of January due to unsatisfied living conditions due to the cold weather.
