Review: The Postal Carrier is allowing the office to intercept tenants packages when in the office instead of the carrier putting them in the tenants locked USPS Mailbox or The office is conveniently takeing a lunch break at the same time then the postal carrier is leaving the packages in the lobby of the building subjecting our packages to be stolen because they lock the office door. Individuals going in and out of the building can just pick up the box and walk out. We don't know if our packages are going to arrive when we order goods.Desired Settlement: We have a right to our mail being protected and not handed off to someone. As far as I know the manages has a key to our locked boxes and making it look like it was not delivered. Why are they closing the business at the same time packages are deliveredfrom the USPS. Who should not be handing off our packages to an office worker or leaving them in a lobby. I might add these packages fit in the standard lock boxes so that is not an issue. The loophole is being done delibertly to tenents.
