Review: So I was there in 2015-October and got an eye exam for glasses and contact exam. I had ordered contacts which was at that time fresh look. So I went back around January and they couldn't find my file had to go again few times back and forth till they found it. So that time I was told them to copy my prescription and send to [redacted] so I could get thru them. Well I'm having lots of eye issues with Freshlook contacts so I needed them to rewrite me a new prescription for Air Optics but when I went in again 3 weeks ago same situation can't find my file any where so they couldn't help me until it was found and it has all my personal info like (social security, address, credit card info) on this file along with my prescriptions. So they keep telling me to go back so by the fourth time going as she is looking thru everything she says that the one doctor there likes to take her files with her which just so happens to be the one who seen me for my appointment back in October. Well by the fourth time going and nothing was found I decided that I'm calling till they find it. I called few days a week hoping someone would find this but they said the only thing they can do is get me in and re look at my eyes to get the measurements. So now I have to leave work and take time again to go do something I shouldn't have to do just because they LOST my prescription.Desired Settlement: I First want refunded $ 1000.00 for personal info being lost along with gas to and from time I'm taking away from my job to do another visit for eye exams and for contacts and glasses that need purchased. It's not fair to me that I cant just order these with out the hecticness because they lost everything. I had [redacted] vision at the time so they would have this on record that I was there in Oct.2015.

Review: THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY GLASSES-WEARING LIFE !! I sat through THREE exams with 2 different [redacted] "optometrists", TWO measurements, and TWO pairs of blended bifocals that they never got right !! NO QUALITY CONTROL at [redacted] !! I made EIGHT return visits for adjustments & exams and my old glasses were still better than the crap [redacted] made for me !! The 2nd optometrist said that the bifocal was made too high so distance images were fuzzy. Why didn't the 1st optometrist catch that error ?? BOTH BIFOCAL LENSES WERE NOT PROPERLY MADE AND THUS NOT CONVERGED FOR SHARP DETAIL !! To top it off, they are giving me the runaround on my refund. They claim that the former owner "[redacted]" has to do the refund not [redacted] corporate. Such XX. & sleazy business practices !! I returned the glasses on 1/27/16, made them sign a letter on their stationary to that effect & reported them to my credit card company. The [redacted] representative Jayne M[redacted] asked for my credit card # used for this transaction. I reluctantly gave it to her even though it would seem that they already would have that information. ONLY AFTER GIVING THE CARD # did I find out that the other party was on a CELL PHONE exposing my card information to possible evesdropping & scamming !! Ms. M[redacted] would not even give me a phone # to call her back about my refund progress. The store manager Melissa M[redacted] would not give me the phone # either CLAIMING IT WAS A PRIVATE # !! Since when is a business # a PRIVATE # ???

By the way, I've spent a good 40 minutes on the [redacted] line AND HAVE YET TO SPEAK WITH A HUMAN BEING !! [redacted] is PATHETIC & DISGRACEFUL !!!Desired Settlement: Having worked in retail for many years, I know it's a simple process to refund a credit card transaction via cash register or terminal. They have their glasses back yet this location refuses to do that. I WANT THIS REFUND DONE IN THE STORE I BOUGHT THE GLASSES FROM IN MY PRESENCE !! I'm not waiting 45 days for the credit card company to resolve this !! NO MORE DELAYS - [redacted] S. This company has lied to me about sending me a receipt once a refund is processed. IT DOES NOT TAKE TWO WEEKS TO PROCESS A REFUND.

Review: I have been waiting for my glasses to be given too me since February 2016. Yes that's correct I've been waiting 5 months. I have contacted customer care multiple times I have multiple tickets opened I've even done 4 separate 3 way calls with customer care and the managers Sherry and owners at the local store in Robinson Township Pennsylvania store located at 1450 Park Manor Drive. My calls won't be returned and I'm given no solutions as my glasses came in broken and they have yet to fix them and give me the glasses I have paid for. I paid for my glasses in full at the time of my appointment. I even offered to select a new style of glasses and have my glasses changed just to get what I paid for and be done with this mess. I was told several times by the manager AND the owner that they were going to order my glasses directly from the manufacturer and they never did. The last I have heard was from a customer care agent who left me a voicemail saying the manager sherry would not take her calls at the store on my behalf and she had tried for several hours and was going to continue to reach out to her to resolve this and I still have not heard back and I still don't have my glasses, they won't take my call, nor have they offered me any type of discount for this extreme burden.Desired Settlement: I want them to give me my glasses that I paid for since they've been withholding my product for 5 months, and then I never want to hear from this company again!
