Vine Ripe Market

Review: We start going to that store about two years ago. The prices are less than in regular grocery store, and at first we liked the store because of the prices. However, I was noticing that they frequently charge us higher price than posted for the products, and of course it takes time for them to go and check their own prices, and make appropriate adjustment. If I wouldn't point that the price is not as posted, they would charge at higher price. There was one time when we purchased expired product, and I only noticed about week later. We came back showing the product that is not cheap by the way, $12.99 asking to exchange, their reaction was very nonprofessional. They denied our request.This Saturday 12/28/13 we returned to that store, purchased some groceries, and when we got home, I realized that both breads, each cost $3.99 are not in our bags. We returned on Monday 12/30 to let them know about what happened, we showed the receipt, and the "owner" denied our request, he behaved so rude toward us, like we are the lairs, and wanted something that didn't belong to us. He was very disrespectful, and according to him, this happens all the time, and he is tired of giving up "Free" products. Now I wonder how come this happens often, unless their cashiers are hiding purchased products right after they ring it. And because their counter so small, you can't even see if something is not there.One more very important complaint is about unsanitary condition of the store. Their bathroom is THE most disgusting thing I've ever seen. Soap wasn't available, and I wonder how do they clean their hands after going poopoo...They bake and cook at the store. The worker will start slicing your meat/cheese right after cleaning floor. I had to say no, I no longer want that deli, after being a witness of it.All I want is for them to stop acting like they are in Iraq or Afghanistan, where soap and politeness is missing, but rudeness, careless and aggressive behavior toward every one is normal life style. They opened their business in America, country that care about customer service, cleanliness, and etc... and I wouldn't go there again, because of all of the said earlier complaints.Yes and by the way they still owe me $7.98 that they stole from me on Saturday 12/28Desired Settlement: 1.They should be treating their customers with respect.2. Clean their store, and especially bathroom, provide with soap, etc 3. Stop charging higher price than advertised.
