The other complaints registered from other customers reflects my experience as wellThe problems with trying to cancel a shipment and they ship anyway, the charges to credit card issues as wellI finally cancelled my membership after failure to be able to work with themNow as I make a complaint for a bottle I just opened that was obviously bad, they deny ever shipping such a wine and state their guarantee is only good for daysWho drinks an entire case of their wine in days to make sure it is good??? Steer clear of this company

READ THE FINE PRINT they can get out of giving you your miles on ANYTHING I did receive wine, so if that's what you're after, it's mediocre BUT IF YOU'RE USING TO GET MILES, DON;T

Vinesse wine club is a total ripoff Wine sucks and is overpriced You cannot cancel an order even if it hasn't shipped yet It is easy to sign up and become a member but hell to terminate membership Customer service might as well be a robot because they repeat the same stupid answers over and over Nobody there can think, make decisions or escalate an issue They thrive on suckers joining the membership and not paying attention to the cost or quality of wine If companies were smart, they would make it as easy to terminate a membership as it is to join Why? Because it reduces the risk in joining back up if the member starts to miss the product later on But, if they are hell to cancel then you can guarantee that people won't come back Not only that, if you make it hell to cancel then you leave a bad taste in customer's mouths and they will talk badly about your product until they feel vindicated

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: The bank will automatically remove the dispute when the amount is credited back, which is also what the business wants I do not understand their logicSince they are willing to pay back, they have in principle agreed that their charge is illegal and illegitimate So they have to do the right thing in this instance and credit back the amount immediately Regards, [redacted]

Cancelling a shipment is almost impossibleThey will not take no for an answerEven after cancelling an order it is still shippedYou must ask for a credit and the shipping charge is still takenI wish I had looked more closely at this Cobefore I orderedThey should not be allowed to be in business STAY AWAY from them

My cr **SSN [redacted] I purchased from this company The first shipment was very good, the second one had two bottles of white Pinot G., which was close to the taste of vinegar I asked for a replacement, now they will not replace until my next shipment So, they get you with $per bottle price and when they include a bad product you have to continue to get the guarantee, which is not part of the agreement I purchase for several companies, such as, Wall Street Wines I have only had to ask for replacement on a few bottles over several years The wines are over priced for the quality other than the first shipment I recommend, you get your first shipment and cancel afterwards They give excellent wine for first shipment and then 33% of next shipment is not quality and balance of shipment is only a $wine

The member was charged $117.49, we issued her a refund of $Member returned the shipment at her expense which allowed her to be eligible for a full refundIf the member returned the shipment at our expense, the member would only be eligible for a refund less shipping and handlingThis is strictly our return policyPlease see the attached documents of the member's transaction page and our return policy

Twice I called the information phone line I was put on hold and then it clicked me off I guess they do not need my business

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Vinesse 2nd response is nonresponsive to my answer to their 1st response including details of their business practices Vinesse has, in NO way "honored a full credit.."If Vinesse would like to resolve this complain at this time Vinesse is welcome to mail a full apology acknowledging their business practices - processing this order after receiving my cancellation; sending this order after receiving cancellation; making claims that they began processing this order days prior to the date of the order and the claim that Vinesse has honored a full credit when Vinesse, in fact, forced me to dispute this charge directly through my credit card company due to Vinesse' refusal to issue a full refund even in the face of the above factsAs I already stated, if Vinesse is unwilling to take these steps to resolve this matter it will remain open with the Revdex.com until legal settlement through the FTC, the State AGs office and - if need be - my local courts should I need to take further action while awaiting resolution of the full refund In no case will I accept resolution prior to the 08/12/date set for resolution of the chargeback Vinesse forced me to initiate in the face of their refusal to issue a full refund Regards, [redacted]

This company is far from ethical or legitimateThey sent me through an offer under the banner of American Wine Club, not under VinesseThe wines arrived and were not at all what they advertised when they sent me the solicitationThey were new cheap local winesI sent the customer care site requests for them to revert to me and none were answeredI called their customer care line and waited for minutes until they automatically hung up the callthey offer a guarantee of satisfaction however they make it impossible to effectively implement that guarantee as it involves paperwork and costs to the consumer This company should not be allowed to trade nor lie blatantly about the product or services they offerThis company needs to be investigated for fraud as they are fraudulent!

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Interesting that a company who claims to have a Satisfaction Guarantee states that a customer, "will not be eligible for a credit to their account for satisfaction reasons." HmmmmI do not want replacements (nor the shipping fees associated) for your product as I do not TRUST your product based on the fact that of the three wine varietals sent, all three were unpalatableAs for the "shipment being perishable after opened", I can only assume that you mean that since we opened the case of bottles, yet only uncorked of the bottles, the entire order is now perishable??
