I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The person who wrote this response lacks integrity and 95% of this response is a blatant lieThere were never numerous attempts made. There wasn't even one attempt made. I was the one who called this company on June **'and on the same day the son called me back and said nothing "lasts forever" as I originally mentioned in my initial complaint. He told me he would come by the following week to access the issueOne week went by I heard nothing. I called twice and left voicemails - no one called me back. On my 3rd phone call I left a message saying that since no on bothers to call me back so I am now going to report them to Revdex.com. Well lo and behold who calls me yesterday (the day after Revdex.com filed the complaint) but the son to say:So you decided to complain to the Revdex.com about me. Well and I quote: " I am not a member, so it doesn't affect me"Ok, whatever that meansHe tells me that under NYS statute of limitations on construction work is years so I'm out of luck. The work he did was completed in July 2011, so technically I am still UNDER years because today is 6/**/so I haven't even hit the year mark yetHe did talk over me to explain how harsh winters are and "what do I expect"He never even came to my house to access the issue so how can he possible suggest an agreement. He never suggested any agreement whatsoeverI never "demanded" or "yelled" for free services. If he had any decency he would have assessed the issue in person and we could have come to a real agreement

I have reached out to this customer numerous times, politely explaining that this issue may happen unfortunately due to many factors beyond my control, one being due to the very harsh winter conditions we have been
exposed to and the fact that it has been almost years sinceI tried to resolve and come up with an agreement, however the customer rudely screams and yells continuously that I have to go there right now right away demanding I fix it for freeI tried to converse with her to resolve this issue, but due to lack of respect and lack of proper communication, I am unable to pursue any further work with her

Review: Had this company install an outside brick staircase with two bottom stoops made of limestone in April, 2011. The bottom stoop's limestone is now cracking and shifting inward. The concrete perimeter around of this bottom stoop is crumbling and in many loose pieces. I called this company on June ** 2015 and explained. The [redacted]'s son answered and said "nothing lasts forever" and I explained that's may be true but after 4 years a step should be not cracking inward. He said he would call or stop by the following week. The following week I tried calling him three times and he has not returned one phone call. I don't expect a free fix however I do hope for an honest and affordable outcome.Desired Settlement: I would like to have these issues fixed. I don't want any additional cracking to occur because of the delay to fix it.
