We were directly contacted by email by vinny ten stating that our engines are ready for shipping but we had to arrange and pay for the shipping.But when we informed him that the motors are no longer needed and wanted our money back , due to loss of confidence and trust in himLike before when we informed him that we just want our money back he ceased communication with us and we have heard nothing since then.We would like to know if there is another government department or law firm that you suggest we can contact to get our money back

Review: The problem is that we have sent over $100,000 US dollars to Vinny Ten Racing for Race engines and performance Parts for our drag car and we have basically received nothing that we came to a agreement on. Just a lot of liars and excuses. This has been going now since the year 2007 and he now does not respond to any calls or emails. We have all the emails and correspondents of bank transfers and also emails of what the services he had agreed on delivering. We have also a magazine article that he had been interviewed about our partnership in this Drag racing agreement.Desired Settlement: We would like to have our money back as we have now sold the car and are not racing anymore due to the bad taste left in our mouths over this partnership!!
