The staff at vintage from the tow operator, to the front desk, the shop are knowledgeable and courteous. My car's front end and fenders were gone in the accident. My car was delivered to me looking better than in the showroom. I would recommend vintage to anyone who is in need of bodywork on their car.

Review: On 11/**/2013, I had an automobile accident in Garden City Long Island. After the accident, a tow truck driver from Vintage Auto Body offered his assistance in towing my vehicle and having my vehicle repaired at Vintage Auto Body. Regretfully, I accepted the service and it has been an ordeal since. I have been given 4 different dates in which my vehicle would be returned to me which were; 12/**/2013, 12/**/2013, 12/**/2013, and 12/**/2013, and finally 12/**/2013 to no avail. I have been told someone will contact me, which I continue to have to initiate contact. I was last told on 12/**/2013 that the vehicle will be bought to my home via the flatbed truck, again to no avail. This company does not communicate with people and it is a waste of time believing they will do anything other than win you over to get your business. After getting your business, they are very cockie and does nothing to ensure they keep their word about the return date for your vehicle. I pay a car note and it does not make sense that I am unable to drive my car because Vintage Auto Body will not make use of their promises to customers.Desired Settlement: I would like my vehicle to be delivered to me as promised at my home.
