Then seller promised to refund me . No refund and no item. Is this business Using to adresses the one listed on their web page is different then the one used foe Revdex.com.Anyhow just want refund and move on . Their was no listed deadline and no promises about item. It is clear to me that bad communication on both parties is to blame. However I had still wanted item and had shipping all lined up. Seller cancelled sale claimed I waited to long and promised to send refund to paypal no such contact was ever made. The item in question is a Frances Bavier owned piece of furniture a breakfront. Seller has had no contact with me since I ask where was refund ? With no pickup deadline and no communication I was left to make arrangements for pickup as seller wanted to be no part of shipping item. Business Response /[redacted]/This customer purchased an item through eBay months ago from New York and never had anyone come and pick it up so we canceled the transaction and refunded them as we are not a storage facility. This has nothing to do with our store location in Wendell. They purchased on eBay and eBay found in our favor. Consumer Response /[redacted]/The seller has not sent a refund. Ebay and paypal have not been able to get a reply from the seller. Ebay has not found in their favor as their is no case with them. The seller has received 250.00 from me kept monies and has refused to refund me the buyer. they have no record of a cancelled sale either. I just want seller to show some integrity and be honest. I made the mistake of having a disability . my disability is trusting this seller. This reply is to let Revdex.com know that paypal ebay and myself have had no information from this seller regarding cancelled sale refund or anything from seller taking responsibility. I acted in faith that seller was legit. Nothing was indicated ever from seller that item was cancelled until I sent info for item to be shipped . Then the untruths began from Vintagedreamzzz. Just refund monies and move on please. that all I can request is to honor your end of situation vintagedreamzzz put me in .
