We are so very sorry again for the steps it took for this order to arriveThe most important thing was the order did arrive the third time through UPS and you received your refund back as well. We really did everything in our powers to ensure this order made it to you and unfortunately USPS was not on our side and there is not much we can do about their actions except remake the order which we did Anything else we can ever do to help please let us know

We just received your letter and would love to explain our side of things.
georgia, serif;">We must first state out of years of being in business this has been the worst customer! He has been doing all he can to spread bad word about us when we did everything we could to help him! When he placed his order it was ordered with no rush shipping or upgraded rush charges just basic production time and shippingHe contated us asking where the package was and we checked with production adn saw it was in production but no shipping recordsWe told him we understand your deadline we will get these right out for you and we will rush ship them to make sure you get them.
We got them shipped on time and paid to have them 2nd day air shipped to the confirmed address on the paid invoiceOur invoice terms state by paying this invoice everything is correct and if you need to make any changes to please call or email usHe is claiming that he called and told that to our team but we are a smaller team of two that answer the phone and know he never told us to change the addressWe have people change the address all the time so we have common procedures for itWe shipped the package to the address provided with tracking number*** through UPS99.9% of orders we ship with signature required especially rush orders but we knew he needed it for friday and it was a residential address so he would not of had it in hand and it would have been another nightmare! The tracking shows it was delivered byt of course just as he told us that he changed his address he told us the packaged did not arrive!
WE NEVER Have any UPS packages go missing! Not one! So we contacted UPS and they are sending out a tracer on the package to send a driver back to the house and get in contact with themThe will be letting us know about their investigation as if it was not found they will initiate the shipping insurance and have replacements sent out
We always send out replacements but this guys was over the top from the get go telling us he is going to get his lawyer, posting slander on Facebookjust going way overboard for a small order :(
We love our customers and do everything we can to help them out and make sure they get what they wantedThis guy is just in a million!

Ok so this one is a in a million situation This order was placed on April 27th for stickersWe have a - day production time and do not work over the weekend so this was shipped out on the 2nd of May which is exactly the third production day with tracking number
***Everything the order arrive and shows delivered 5/the very next dayShe then contacted us saying I did not receive my order we gave her the tracking info and she says I did not receive it just give me my money backRIGHT THEN we knew this was going to be a bad situationWe explained to her the tracking info shows it was delivered and to contact your local post office to see if they have any further info as sometimes they take the package back with them to the post office and mark it delivered on accidentShe was very hostile telling us just give her a refundWe told here we have a no returns no refunds policy as stated on our site at http://www.vinyldisorder.com/returns.html but since you say you did not receive it we believe you and we will have this order remade and shipped right outShe fought us tooth and nail telling us how she doesn't even want it now which drew a huge red flag that HMM Maybe you got it and just dont want to pay for itShe then setup a *** dispute and *** agreed with us and closed the case as the tracking info shows it was deliveredWe called USPS who said the scan location was at her address and told us they are not calling her a liar but they did deliver it to that addressWe finally got here to understand this was not our fault and all USPS and we agreed to get a new shipment sent out...she said she sells online too so we really thought she would be more understandingThe next thing we did was had the order remade and reshipped out but this time we put a signature required on the packaged to ensure this did not happen again! We agreed on the 15th of May and on the 18th the new order was sent out with tracking number *** again with this package USPS went to deliver they left a notice at the location as she was not available for a signature then when they took it back with them to the office they somehow lost the packageWe setup a claim with USPS Case # *** and they still have nothing USPS lost the package again! We really could not believe this!! She was angry as ever as she has the right to be but she is yelling at us as if we never made the orderTelling us you guys run a bad business you probably did not even make the orders! We explain to her over and over how this is not our fault at all but we will make it right! Our next action was to put in a third request to have this remade and reshipped outThis time we shipped it UPS with a signature to ensure delivery with tracking number *** This one is awaiting a signature from the customer so they can release the order otherwise it will be sent back to usAt this point in time as of June 13th we have numerous emails going back and fourth of us requesting she remove these post as they are not telling the truth about the situation and we have been doing everything for youHer response was " Please refund this order ASAP and I will take down the review...Please notify when you have refund meThanks " We did not want to do it but we sent the refund overNow she demanding we pay her for lost time before she removes any reviews and how she is contacting a lawyerTrust us this is not how we like orders to end up but like we stated out this was in a million with USPS losing packages in a row! We hope you see where we are coming from and see we have been doing everything to get this right for her since day oneThanks again for reading our side of the story!

The merchant is being very unprofessional and calling me a liarI have emailed them over a month regarding the issue of me never receiving the packages. Until now, they have claimed that they will release a refundHowever, this refund has not posted to my account.In addition, I was counseled by a family lawyer that I can sue this merchant for at least a couple thousand for damages.So I ask the business one last time to issue my refund and compensate me for the time they made me waste and extra money they made me waste since I had to order from another company because Vinyl Disorder is extremely unprofessional. I think a sum of $is an appropriate refund for the waste of time they put me through, and the wages I lost because I was going to present these to an event and was unable to do so as that is my only jobIf not, I am sure I can get more from the lawyers if they are willing to go to court

Hello,Happy Friday! We did not reply right away as we tried to reach out to [redacted] to see if we could get this resolved and had not heard back so we wanted to get this input to come to a resolution :) For this order we found his order which was order number [redacted] which we have attached. The...

order was for 4 In loving memory decals for a total of $21. He states it was for $50 which is incorrect.As far as reaching out to contact us we do not have any emails from [redacted] except the one for his initial order. We are open 9AM - 5 PM PST and our phones ring off the hook all day long and we do our all time best to answer everyone BUT if we do miss a call we will call them back as long as we have a voicemail. As soon as it hits 5 oclock out phone system allows customers to leave a voicemail and we do not have any voicemails from [redacted] or we would have reached out to get this resolved.So to the issue at hand... [redacted] is upset as he is having a difficult time applying his decals. With decals they are easy to apply but VERY easy to destroy in the process as well if you do not know what you are doing. We Sell oracal vinyl material which has become the industry standard for vinyl decals. If you order from 9 out of 10 sellers you will receive this material so when we hear of any issues we try to find out what went wrong and ask a few questions: Do you happen to have any photos of the current state of the decals? How was the surface prepared/cleaned?Did you use an application tool?After we hear these answers it helps us try to determine what went wrong and help show some tips and trick for applying decals :) On our site we have a page just for this at https://www.vinyldisorder.com/decal-installation-tips-.html. Typically if people have issues and we show them these videos they have that Ah Ha moment and it clicks :) Sometime applying a decal is too difficult for some uses so we offer them a clear sticker cut to shape so rather than having to transfer the letters it would be a high quality clear vinyl sticker cut to shape so when applied it looks just like a die cut decal and is just a peel and stick so application is super easy! Once we hear back we can figure out a solution to keep [redacted] Happy.Hope to hear from you soon! :)

But we expect a speedy response. 5 Business Days. They lied in some of their response. When I called they said my package was sent out with a different one due to new shipping people. The lies compile! We want a refund or our product within 5 Business days.

Vinyl Disorder Decals is very professional. I've ordered several items from them, Decals, wall Decals, stickers, & canvas. And every one of them were perfect! Loved the colors, the originality, all & all I'm definitely recommending Vinyl Disorder Decals to all my friends & family! Thank you all for the wonderful Decals & so much more!

Review: We ordered some vinyl stickers from this company. They sent us an email after they were due stating they shipped them somewhere else and would remake and reship. Then they sent them to our billing address after a phone conversation explicity explaining they must go to a different address. They were never signed for by anyone. So we are not sure they shipped them. Now they refuse to refund us or remake and resend our product correctly.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund or replacement!
