Review: Final Touch replaced our roof and within months it began leaking. We contacted them immediately since they offered a 10 year warranty on their workmanship. They ignored our phone calls, voicemails and texts. Occasionally, they would send a text and state they would come within days and never show up. I sent messages pleading with them that water was leaking through our roof and into our master bathroom. I took pictures and sent them as well. Eventually they sent a crew to come and take pictures who admitted fault. They said they would be back to fix it. They never came back. I called and again, messages went ignored. After a year they told us they were too busy doing Super Storm Sandy repairs. Our bathroom roof is about to fall down. Their contract states that their work is guaranteed from faulty workmanship for 10 years but they will not return my calls! I have gotten another contractor to give us estimates on a new roof, and now to repair the bathroom.Desired Settlement: We are going to seek a full refund and the costs to repair the bathroom damage as well.
