Review: VinylTech was hired to replace the roof on our house. When our house was inspected for a pending sale, it was revealed that shingles were missing from the ridge cap. We called [redacted] who requested pictures of the ridge cap. The picture was sent with the information from the report. [redacted] told us he would come out at the end of the week to fix the shingles. When he didn't come by the end of the week, we called the next week and had to leave several messages. After threatening to file a complaint, [redacted] called us back and said he would come out the following business day. On the next business day, he called saying he couldn't make it and would come out the following day. We have not heard from him since and our ridge cap shingles have not been fixed.Desired Settlement: Repair/fix the shingles on the ridge cap that are missing.
