The customer bought the TV on Friday she return the TV on Sunday and when she brought it back to store the screen was broken do to the physical damage we can not change the TV because the manufacture will not exchange or credit when the TV has physical damageAlso the ATM withdraw is because she pay with debit and she need to be PRESENT in store to pay because without her four digit pin we can NOT process the transaction

Review: I used my debit card to pay for the ite, when I disputed the charges due to the business selling me a defective item I found out the business ran my card as an atm withdrawal. I never went to the atm and am unsure how they were able to to do that.
