SUV Transport LLC damaged my vehicle while transporting it and is refusing to paying for the damages. Now they are not responding to me. SUV transport Llc transported my 2001 Land Rover Discovery II from Oklahoma City, OK to Somersworth, NH. While unloading my vehicle at the destination the ramp fell off the trailer and my vehicle fell from the trailer and smashed my front bumper. I have photos documented. The transported tried to rip me off by saying he would take off [redacted] total for accident. I said no thanks - I would like insurance to take care of this. The transporter, [redacted], told me to get in touch and it would be taken care of. I took my vehicle to a body shop in Eliot, ME for an estimate. It totaled a little under [redacted] for repair. I then contacted SUV Transport LLC and gave them the estimate and they said no that's too high. They wanted to come pick up my vehicle and take it somewhere else for another estimate because that was too high. I said no and would gladly take it to another shop. I went to Hampston, NH and it is the same amount. SUV Transport LLC is no longer responding to my calls or emails.Desired Settlement[redacted] for the repair. And at this point I want a full refund for this hassle. My car is damaged and I need it fixed. The total transport cost was [redacted]
