VIP Pool Service & Repair

We have been a customer of VIP Pool Service since We have always paid on time and in full for any services we've received On March 31, 2016, when we arrived at the Vacation Rental we own (on WLaurel Lane, Surprise, AZ) for which VIP has provided pool cleaning services We noticed that the water was green and it appeared that no service had been completed for quite some time When we contacted VIP, Vince, the owner, indicated that they were no longer providing service for our poolHe said that our home was too far out of their service area His wife, Debbie, then wrote me an e-mail indicating that they had not charged our card since the end of November I sent her evidence that we had paid in Nov &and Dec and in Jan, Feb 13, and March I asked her to provide a refund, as we had not received services for which we paid I also asked her to provide evidence that they had notified us that they intended to discontinue our service I sent this req

I just bought our home last week. I came home to find my pool was cloudy and there was dirt in the bottom of the pool. Day before that it was clear. There was a VIP Pool service slip. Showing that the service guy had been by to service the pool. Not knowing that the home had been sold. I called the company to let them know that I was the new owner and that they back flushed the sand filter dirt into the pool. The owner told me that will happen. Not true. If it is done right. I was very happy to let them know that I will not need there service.
