Our softball organization, [redacted] chartered a bus through VIP Trans to take us to and from the New York Yankee game on VIP Trans was notified by driver of bus that there was a mechanical problem several hours prior to our scheduled am pick up time, but nobody from VIP Trans notified me of the issue or made plans to correct the problem It was not until I called VIP at am (when there was no bus at our pick up location), that I was first notified of the problem It took another two hours before a bus arrived, and we did not arrive to the Yankee game (cost of game tickets was $3,000) until it was almost over Then, the bus was not operable for our trip home and we had to wait another minutes for a return ride I was promised a full refund by VIP Trans, but VIP Trans is no returning my calls, e-mails, or texts

VIP Trans ONLINE deceived to me about bus of passengers mini coach , but this company only sent Passenger van to pick up my group on May ***,2016, and made my company (*** *** *** *** ***) to be accused by clients on van when all clients ended of whole trips on May **,
The manager or owner who name David only asked me to pay the money at once many times on late of April,When VIP Trans ONLINE got all payment of $7,, they turned another person, never returned emails or told any further information of driver telephone or name

Review: We contracted with this bus company to transport 75 high school student on 2 55 passenger buses from MD to Colorado for a week of camp in August of 2013. We agreed to a contract in December of 2012 and then in June of 2013 the company sent and email with a revised quote DOUBLING the amount. We argued and they met us in the middle, still $8000 more than originally contracted for. Then the company refused to get back to us to clarify details and give us the names of bus drivers. 2 days before we were to leave we finally received this information. After talking with the driver I realized they were sending 2 47 passenger buses each with one driver. This was completely insufficient for the drive to CO and did not accommodate our itinerary which we had provided months in advance. After deciding that safety had to come first we cancelled our trip with VIP. They never refunded our $6000+ deposit even after numerous calls. We are seeking legal counsel to file suit against this company currently. We are non-profit organization which cannot really afford this kind of loss.Desired Settlement: All we want is our deposit returned, but the company refuses to do that even after they said they would. They do not return messages and have not refunded our money they took for services not rendered.
