I bought one in 2011 and had the same results with Matthew T. Dobra. Constantly lied about everything. I ordered it with a Hypertherm plasma cutter and got an off brand piece of junk. He is a weasel and should be charged with fraud.

Review: I recently purchased a CNC Plasma table from Viper Plasma LLC and upon delivery I realized that there were a few items missing. I had ordered a few extras/add on's to the machine with invoice to prove. These items were the ones missing. after several calls, emails and actually being lied to I hadn't received them still. I paid partially through [redacted] so I opened a dispute through them and was contacted by the vice president of Viper Plasma who assured me he would resolve the issue. after blowing smoke and making empty promises by telling me my stuff was on the way I still have not received anything. my guess is he was stalling for the [redacted] dispute 45 days to pass because I have not been able to contact him past that day.I just sent [redacted] a message requesting the dispute be looked into further.this dispute is not in any form of litigation YET. Thanks for your help resolving this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like one of three things. the first of which would be to simply send me the items that I have paid for and was promised.(in an expedited fashion). If not that then a refund of the $350.00 I paid for the extra items(have invoice to prove)as well as an additional $1500 because without the extra items the machine cannot perform as described to me when I purchased it. if those two cant be done then I will accept a full refund with the machine being sent back at their expense.

Review: I bought a [redacted] machine and was promised tech support. For the first 3-4 months the machine had lots of issues and many new parts were shipped to me for replacement. The original technician was suddenly no longer available. The 2nd tech support man started out answering problems then stopped responding. Anything I need answered is ignored and the "issue closed" without response. They will not respond to the many phone messages I have left...and or the numerous emails I have sent.The machine has never been fully functional (the THC of the system has never been setup).Now the machine is not working because of software issues (that they put on it and hold the license for)...and they won't even respond as to how I can re load the software to correct the problem.This is a very frustrating series of events, especially since few of the per-promises have been kept. I have lost over 6 months of usage of the machine.Thank you for listening[redacted]Desired Settlement: This machine and tech support hasn't lived up to the pre purchase promises. I would like a full refund for machine and shipping/handling so I can buy a dependable machine.

Review: company in [redacted] may order product from a company in the USA to be exported to them; pay in advance for the product and the product is never shipped.

they never ship the products(plasma table)
