I purchased a custom made wig from this company. It took about about three weeks. The sewing was decent. However, it was not what I request. I gave very detailed information on the style,color Ratio, and type of hair that I thought we agreed on. The quality of the hair was extremely poor. It was suppose to be Brazilian human hair. It was difficult to comb through and shed a lot. I took it back to the owner. She talked down to me and washed the hair. I spent almost Five hundred dollars on the wig. I regret that I ever made this purchase.

Review: This store sold me fake virgin hair, I used the hair for 3-4 days and within those very few days the hair shed like a dog, matted, tangled and the texture of the hair changed dramatically. I was told I was buying 100% human hair- Virgin Brazilian and what I really bought was indian hair mixed with synthetic fibers that was coated with silicone to give the illusion that the hair was soft, thick and healthy. After wearing and washing the hair I can tell this hair is not in fact real. I wasted 245 on hair that didn't even last a month. Then when I spoke to the [redacted] she would not issue me any refunds or agree to help me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, I am willing to give the hair back if thats what she wants. But I refuse to waste my hard earned money on hair that can't last at least 3-4 months. I am a full-time student and a part-time worker, I can barely afford my tuition I cannot afford to lose/waste money on hair.
