Review: I first visited this location because I had an abnormal EKG. Upon my arrival, James at the front desk told me that I need to set up a payment plan because their tests run over $1,000 dollars. I asked him how he knew how much the tests would costs considering that I hadn't even seen the doctor yet. He basically said that the average tests that the doctor orders for all patients are in that price range, and that I needed to determine how much money I was willing to put down. I gave him my credit card with permission to run $200, thinking that I would discuss the actual tests with the doctor and reconcile everything later with my insurance company.

Well, 2 hours later, I hadn't seen the doctor because she was stuck in traffic. However, her staff gave me another EKG then tried to give me a stress test and set up a sonogram. Since none of them are doctors, I told them no. They called Dr. K[redacted] who stated that due to my age (I am relatively young for heart problems), she would forgo those other tests and just do a sonogram. However since she was stuck in traffic I opted to schedule an appointment for another day. The next week when I arrived for my rescheduled appointment, the Doctor wasn't there. It wasn't until I arrived that they let me know that the doctor doesn't normally come in that early. And once again her staff tried to set me up with a stress test only telling me after I showed up for my 8 AM appointment that I should expect to remain there for another 4 hours minimum. I refused the stress test and requested that they just give me the results of my EKG. I also told them that I was concerned that the Dr.'s staff would try to run a battery of tests on me when I hadn't even laid eyes on the Doctor. I have requested via phone call 8 times that they refund the balance of $181.80 from my $200 down payment.

Since all that they did was run an EKG, they were supposed to deduct the $18.20 for the EKG and mail me a check for the remaining $181.80. To date I still haven't gotten my money back. It has been 5 months. I called their office a month ago and spoke with the Doctor who said that she will mail a check. My money still has not been received.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded in the amount of $181.80 ASAP.
