Review: Virginia Capital Realty advertised a house for sale at [redacted] The broker's name are [redacted] and the realtor's name is [redacted] On the MLS it stated that they would take offers for 3 days and than decide which offer to accept. After 4 days they contacted my realtor and informed me that I had the highest offer and my offer was accepted. My real estate agent informed of this and I was excited. 24 hours later they decided to reject my offer and work with someone else. I was pre-approved in amount that was $50,000 over this houses price. I have already sold my house and was going to place 20% down.

This is false advertisement, they never said why they decided to go with another offer. My credit is more than above average. You don't tell someone that the house is yours and than decide against it. This is not how real estate should be handled. This is not what a real estate agent who has ethics should do. This is poor representation. I'm very unhappy and will let everyone and anyone I know about these two agents lack of ethics and how poor this company is handling this.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology and these two people to be reprimanded by there company that they so called represent.
