Regards,
[redacted] Dear Revdex.com the response that the owner of virginia collision is totally false and the guy is a flat out liar and I am very insulted by what he has said about me. I cursed his receptionist he says. There are cameras in the front office and I would love to have them viewed if we can go back to that date in question. I was anything but disrespectful to the receptionist. The guy came from the back or wherever he was with an attitude from the start! Did I curse. Yes I did start to curse after he turned red after my 4th complaint about my vehicle and told me what did I expect  it's a 10 year old vehicle in a very aggitated tone! That is when we BOTH started to curse one another. As far as me asking him does he know who I am!! Really!! I'm nothing more than a struggling person trying to make it in this world who only wants the same respect that he gives. Who am I. I guess to make me look like the bad guy that sounds threatening coming from a black man!!! He is a liar. The parts he claims were replaced is CLEARLY nothing more than a patch job of the ORIGINAL damaged part! Any professional in the business will back me 100%. I have already had it looked at! My pressure is so high right now. How can I possibly deal with this guy and his company after being totally disrespected and lied on. And as far as the police. I CALLED THEM TOO! I asked them to go with me back to the shop!!! One cop even told me to calm down and try to talk to the guy and I said not without police presence!!!The officer even shook his head in disbelief at the shady job! I want my truck fixed but I feel totally violated by these people and it is not fair at all!!!

this vehicle was repaired per "her insurance guidelines" [redacted] insurance in 2010 . She has driven approximately 61,000 miles since this time. The industry recommendation for replacement of struts is every 25,000 miles. The part warrenty has long since been expired, and our labor to...

install was obviously performed correctly, or this would have been a problem before now. It has been four years since the work was performed. In my opinion, [redacted] is responsible for the warrenty for the part, as they are the ones who "DICTATED WHAT PARTS WOULD BE USED IN THE REPAIR".  Thank You, [redacted]

MRS [redacted], Mr. [redacted] did in fact bring his vehicle to us for
body repairs, originally with one claim, after dropping off his vehicle he
informed he had a second claim on this vehicle, both claims were with [redacted] insurance. We had to wait on [redacted] to come to the shop to write the second
estimate....

His poticy with [redacted] called for Aftermarket parts, which we used in
the repairing of his vehicle. Mr. [redacted] called the shop after picking up his
vehicle with some complaints about the work, which we are still willing to
correct for Mr. [redacted]. The problems arose when he was rude and used profane
language with my receptionist, his cursing is unacceptable. Mr. [redacted] ca me
back to the shop late on Friday afternoon to show someone the concerns, this is
when l personally became involved with this job. I went outside with Mr. [redacted],
with my clipboard to document his concerns so we could address them when Mr.
[redacted] started cursing me, every other word out of his mouth was M-----F-----er.
Mr [redacted]s vehide was repaired per the estimate, parts were replaced, we have
invoices for them in our file. I informed Mr. [redacted] that I would love to help him
and would do so, but he had to stop cursing and we would work the situation
out. He then continued to curse me, walking off towards the office. I asked him
where he was going, he informed me, to find someone over me to complain to. I
informed him that I was the owner and he would have to deal with me. He then
began screaming at me again "DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM" 1 REPLIED THAT HE
WAS BEING VERY RUDE AND I WOULD NOT HELP HIM UNTIL HE STOPPED THE CURSING. Mr.
[redacted] then informed me he would talk any way he wanted, and that "YOU WILL
FIX MY F-----G TRUCK." My response was that I would be glad to address his
concerns, but would not listen to all the cursing, and if he would contact me,
without the cursing, we would make sure his concerns were addressed. He then began
cursing and threatening to F-k me up!l ! I then instructed my receptionist to
call 911 and request he be escorted off the property. He then finally left
before Henrico showed up, the Henrico Pol ice informed me to call if he
returned acting the same way!!! My shop will be happy to correct his issues,
however, WE WILL NOT BE CURSED, THREATENED, AND CALLED NAMES during the
process!!!

Review: I had given my car through [redacted] to this place on 5/20. My car was involved in an accident and [redacted] told me to take my car to this VA collision center for repair work. They initially told me that they will give me my car back in six days. But it took them 1 months three days to repair my car. The repair guy, [redacted], from this place called me only once on 5/27 saying that he is waiting on few additional parts which he will be getting by Thursday ( 5/29). I kept on following up with them but he just kept on delaying without any proper explanation. Finally I got my car back on 6/23 that too in a mechanically bad condition. I gave my car to VA Collision Center without any mechanical problems. When I got the delivery of my car on June 23 immediately I noticed the check engine light was on my car. When I addressed this issue to [redacted], the repair guy at VA Collision Center, he took my car inside and then did something to the car which turned off the check engine light for a while. But while driving back my car I realized that there is some kind of issue with my car & also the check engine light came back. I called [redacted] immediately to inform him about this problem and then took my car back to him next day in the morning. Next day [redacted] from VA collision center told me that it was a mechanical issue and he cant do anything. I was repeatedly telling them that my car had no mechanical issue when I gave it them on 5/20. I called [redacted] claims manager several times& left him voice mail . And finally when he called me back he was not ready to listen to my compliant. Virginia collision center kept my car for more than a month and then did not even bother to check if there is some kind of issue with my car before giving the keys back to me. I believe in first place this problem would have never occurred had they kept their words and given me back my car as promised originally in first six days. I have all my maintenance records with me and I am sure that my car was in a good mechanical condition when I first gave it to VA Collision Center. Reading from the previous complaints flied against VA collision center on [redacted] website, I have notice that these guys at VA collision center have also kept other cars too for unreasonable amount of time & I find a pattern over here.Desired Settlement: I want VA collision center to reimburse me for the expenses I have incurred in repairing my car (check engine light issue) & also for the day I had to take off from work due to this check engine light issue as I was not able to drive to work .

Review: I was in an accident back in 2010 the Va. Collison Center was the party that [redacted] recommended me to repair the automobile. I want to make mention that Va. Collison Center has a clause on it's purchase order that states that all work is guaranteed as long as the customer owns the automobile. I took my car to have new brakes install recently, the mechanic made mention "asking if my car had been in an accident, I stated yes... and he show me that my car had been replaced with a used (junk yard) strunt on the left back passenger side (junk yard id on the part). The mechanic mention that the strunt needed to be replace because of a leakage. The other three strunts are still in mint condition. I also wanted to mention that the car was a new 2010 car when these used material was placed on the car. I have contacted the Collison center for possible replacement without any success. I have also contacted the [redacted] Co. the representives there has told me that Va. Collison Center is the responible party not the insurance company.Va. A spokes person wants to claim this leakage was cause my wear and tear. My thought is, if that car part was purchase from a junk yard, then the previous car had been destroyed, so the strunt that was placed could have had defects or danger before beening placed on my car. As I previous stated the other 3 is in mint condition. Va. Collison Center does not want to take any responisble for the strunt or to even warrant their guanteed.Desired Settlement: I only want a replacement strunt install on my car. If they would purchase the strunt I will pay another shop for the installation.

Regards,

Review: my vehicle was involved in an accident so I took it to Virginia collision for repairs. I was informed as well as given a copy of what repairs were needed and would be done. I was told that certain parts such as my hood, fender and front bumper would be replaced with aftermarket used parts and that the shop guaranteed that the parts would be just as good as new. however when I was told my vehicle was ready 2 weeks after I was told it would be ready I immediately noticed many horrible discrepancies and was told to bring the vehicle back and it would be taken care of. I had 2 claims with [redacted] and Virginia collision. va collision also had to replace my driver and passenger side windows. the driver side molding around the window was warped and not put in correctly and the window does not go up or down properly now. va collision also replaced my driver and passenger side side mirrors which were wired improperly. after the weekend I took my vehicle back to va collision to get these as well as other matters resolved. however as I was pointing out all of the botched work that was done the person I was speaking to at the time began to tell me I had a bad attitude and what did I expect from using aftermarket parts and what did I expect from having a 10 year old vehicle. I then asked to please let me speak to someone else in charge and that is when I was told that the person I was talking to the whole time was none other than the owner himself who was very irate rude and unprofessional. he then proceeded to tell me to get the " [redacted] off his property which I did and immediately called the police to help me with the matter. the police informed me that it was a civil matter and that they could do nothing about it. I have taken my car to another shop and the adjuster could not believe what he was seeing and that is when I was told that they did nothing that was promised. everything they did was simply patchwork and no parts were replaced that I was told would beDesired Settlement: to have my vehicle repaired properly preferably by another repair shop

Review: [redacted] is the owner of Virginia Collision Center has been giving me the run around about when my car would be completed. The have had my car for a total of 27 days and counting. My insurance company cut off my rental car they took so long. I was told my car would be ready by Friday July 26, 2013. When that day came it was not ready. I was told they were sorry for my and it would be ready by Monday July 29, 2013. So, I called again to check that morning. Then I was told it should be done by the end of the day. When I called at the end of the day I was on hold for 15 minutes. When I called back I got the owner [redacted] and he told me its still not ready, and when I ask him for a discount, because of breach in contract, he raise his voice and stated, "I don't have to do anything your car will be ready in the morning bye." Then he hung up on me.Desired Settlement: They are rude and that's not how you treat customers. The contract I signed has been breached.

Business

Response:

[redacted] only signed an authorization to repair and a [redacted] for endorsements to check for this repair. There was no contract to breach. It was plainly stated on the agreement that there was no guarntee on delivery date or time to repair. [redacted] ownes a [redacted]. These were a limited production vehicles which are very hard to find parts for due to the low production numbers. The original estimate was written by an independent appraisal company, [redacted], and they had to be contacted to write the supplement we needed to properly repair this vehicle. There was a week delay waiting on them to do this, then we had to wait for four more days to get a written copy of same. We then proceded to order the additional parts, one of which was not available, the rear bumper cover. We then had to repair this part, as no replacement could be found. We searched for this one part for five days before coming to the decision to repair. [redacted] was kept informed during the whole process, but was very unreasonable about when this car should be finished, and did not want to understand that we lost over two weeks waiting on the independent appraisser, and the search for parts....ie a nine year old vehicle which had very low production to start with. [redacted] called almost daily for the first half of the repair, and from then on up to two or three times per day. When I spoke to [redacted] at the end of the repair process, he was very rude, and boistrous about breach of contract, etc. I tried to make him understand that the delays were normal for a rare car like his, but he continued to be loud and rude to me, while trying to impress me with his legal prowess. At this point I told him the car would be ready the next day, when I told him good by, he was still being loud and rude to me, so I Hung up. [redacted] was loud and rude with both of the ladies who work the front office, in addition to our estimator. We are in business to repair vehicles, but I do not feel we should have to endure the attitude, and the rudeness of this customer or any customer acting in this manner. [redacted] has since brought the vehicle to us to diagnose a problem with his front lights, which was diagnosed to custom headlamps he had installed on this vehicle, and not a result of his accident. We did this for him at no charge. I FEEL THAT WE HAVE TREATED THIS CUSTOMER VERY WELL, IN SPITE OF HIS CONSTANT RUDNESS AND ATTITUDE WITH THE EMPLOYEES HERE. When you own a rare car, delays finding parts etc can be expected.
