Virginia fork lift repaired our forklift that was starting but would not stay running. They replaced a regulator total cost of repair $1800.00. After the repair it would take several attempts to start it and sometimes it would kill the battery trying to start. Once it was running it would stay running. We called about the problem and they sent out a tech, who proceeded to change spark plugs and do various other things to finally determine the part they replaced was defective. They billed us for the service call to troubleshoot the problem and replace the defective part that was installed by them. They do not stand by their repair service we are in the service business and if we repair an item we stand by our workmanship.
