[redacted] did mention one company I already had an account with ([redacted]) , however, she stated she would send my information to another credit company and I was never informed on a status on that credit application which is why I wanted the company to be investigated because I faxed over a 2nd time the same information the 1st time (bank statement, ID, paystubs) A normal credit application for furniture does not take 2 weeks to process. 48-36 hours at a minimal.

Review: I recently purchase a twin over full bunk bed with under drawers for bunk bed, twin size and full Bunkie boards, and a care free twin mattress from Virginia Mattress Direct. A delivery and set up fee was also pay.

Instead of a standard size bunk bed (height between 74” and 81”), I received a 58” height bunk bed where the space between both bed is only 26” compare to 36”-42” standard size. Furthermore, the twin size Bunkie board is an inch smaller and the twin bed mattress space.

Virginia Mattress Direct will not even listening to my complain. I have beenDesired Settlement: My desised outcome is to either have this bunk bed replace with a standard (74-811” height) replacement or a full refund.

I spoke with [redacted] from the company and he stated that the consumer purchased the beds and while his delivers were there setting the bed up, they were told by the fire department that the had to leave the home and they couldn't finish. The only things they had to do was to put the mattress on the bed. The guys explained to the consumer that they did have to go but that was all that needed to be done. The consumer then got in touch with [redacted] and told him that the bed didn't fit and there was a 20" difference. [redacted] went out and measured the bed and the measurement was the same that he has in his store.

Review: Hello I submitted an online request for financial assistance thru Va Mattress Direct the end of June 2014. I faxed my paystub, banking information, ID, Deposit slip, etc to [redacted]. She stated one financing company I already had an account with and she would fax my information over to another finance company. I sent an email to [redacted] the week of July 4th--no response. I called on July 7th I was told she would not be in the office until the 8th. I sent [redacted] another email no response so I sent an email thru the companys website [redacted] called me back on 7/9 stating she need more docs (another bank statement and my YTD paystub) That was the last I heard from [redacted]. I sent her an email on Friday 7/11--no response. This makes me nervous with all the identity theft, etc and I noticed on the Revdex.com site for this same company they have been flagged for undeliverable mail. The mailing address on their website is [redacted] Contact number [redacted] I just want to make sure my information will not be misused....ThanksDesired Settlement: Check to see if company is legit.
