FIRST TIME from the complainantasking for a refund of $75 for a medical records fee that we had double charged in errorwe apologized and explained we would start the refund immediately and that the process would takeapproximately 10 business days. She expressed understanding. Unfortunately, the following weekour area suffered a record setting winter storm witch delayed the process, during this time we informedthe complainant of the delay and gave her a check # and reassured her the refund was being processed.We were finally able to send out the refund check on 2/1/2016. The Revdex.com complaint was placed on1/29/16, just two days prior to us mailing out the check. We understand how disappointing it can bewhen your expectations are not met, and we sincerely regret the delay of the reimbursement buthopefully you can understand under the circumstances, the delay was not our fault.We hope the Revdex.com will acknowledge our side of this complaint and rectify our good standing.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.Sincerely,Virginia Pediatric Group
