I am researching the authorization that was provided to confirm what information I am able to release to the Revdex.com. If I understand the insured's concern is that we never responded to his inquiry. A letter was mailed directly to the insured on 12/6/2016. Another copy will be placed in the mail to him todayIf this is not the concern, please let me know

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have read the response from the business and find it completely unsatisfactory as the Insurance Agent was also unable to make a payment on my behalf again, using three different search engines. So at this point, it is not an Operator error but more of a website issue also, the business is completely at fault since on the paperwork I received, it clearly states that I am able to make a payment via the website (which I cannot) nor do they accept payments over the phone or was I able to speak to a Representative regarding a payment. Due to all of the inconvenience, I have decided to go with another company for my Homeowners Insurance.

My experience with Virginia Property Insurance was a 100% negative. I could write a whole page about how ridiculous this company is, but to be honest, its not worth it. Suffice it to say that these people are unprofessional at best - criminal at worst. I would never, ever, under any circumstances, recommend doing business with these [redacted].

Review: They gave me only a week notice before trying to cancel my rental property insurance policy for vacancy when the property was in fact occupied, almost 3 months before policy expiration. Once I proved occupancy, they sent me a bill for an extra $147 for current policy. Current policy was paid in full at last bill, November 2015. I find it poor business practice to increase a rate during the effective policy!Desired Settlement: For them to know not everyone will take their crap. I have already found a new insurance company and have zero desire to do business with VPI ever again.
