Revdex.com spoke with the owner of the business who stated that the work for the customer had been completed as of this week, and all returns have been filed.
Finally after several phone calls and getting the sheriff involved he finished my mother's taxes. It was not before the complaint was filed but several days after. Please make note of this company to save others. Thank you for your help.
Review: My mother trusted this company to file her 2015 taxes. She has made several attempts to contact this person and they have not responded. They have all of her personal information and have not bothered to let her know the status of her taxes. She was last told that an extension would be filled but she doesn't even know if that has happened. They are unprofessional and disrespectful. We are not sure what to do at this point. No one is at the office or answering phone callsDesired Settlement: I want this business to contact her and update her on her taxes or return all her personal information so she can go somewhere else.

Review: I paid in full for three years of amended federal and state tax returns on August 14th 2015. I contacted the Va tax service to provide me with a tracking number as I was told my returns would be sent by certified mail and I never received a return call. On October 13th .2015 I contacted internal revenue service and they have no record of my returns. I have contacted VA tax service several more times and still have not had my call returned. They still have possession of three years of my tax returns.Desired Settlement: I would like a tracking number for my federal amended tax returns, I would like my state amended returns completed and all paperwork returned to me after completion
