[redacted] regarding his complaint and explained to him the additional time billed was for the
cleaning up and resurfacing of his flywheel assembly to install the new clutch that he needed
when we had the...

truck apart.  Our service advisor had spoke with him about installing the new
clutch and had his verbal commitment to do this.  Mr. [redacted] picked up the truck and reviewed
the repair order at that time with no issues. He was not charged twice for the same job this
was additional time required to complete the job properly.

Review: I paid for one job,which was a flywheel job, the mechanic in his notes say's he pulled my clutch out, during that job, but then turns around and bills me for him having to take my cluth out, saying he had to re-adjust my cluth, cause he had to take it out for the first job. My issue is I actually paid for the flywheel job ,which envolves taking the clutch out but since he had to take that part off, they charged me to put it back on, the clutch.Desired Settlement: I would like to resolve the issue by them fixing fixing my coolant problems and starting issuess and air leak problems to the equal value of the clutch job!
