Review: On August ** 2013 I mailed a money order to the business aforementioned for the purchase of a portable alkalinizer flask. A month and a half later it finally arrived. When I received it I went online and found it for half the price I had paid. I called [redacted] at [redacted] and got the address to return the flask to. She assured me that as long as it hadn't been used I could return it. On 10-**-2013 I mailed the flask back and as per usps it was delivered to the business address on 10-**-2013. As of 10-**-2013 I started calling [redacted] only to be sent to voice mail which is never returned. The tracking number is [redacted] and proves my contention that they received their merchandise but whenever I attempt to communicate with them, they will not respond. Can you assist me with this matter? the payment was by postal money order # [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want them to return my funds: $149.00
