I would gladly change this rating if someone would get back in touch with me about a EB25- Trim Station Complete ( Part # 6346051 ) I have left so many messages @ 3 different #'s and have NOT heard from ANYONE. We need this asap. Ordered it back in 2019 November 25th. To only get an email about 8 days ago saying they sent us an email that the canceled and to call another phone number that no one has returned our call. Not a way to run a business. Googled the company and got another phone number. The page also showed where 119 people are trying to get Virutex contact information.

Review: My co-worker attempt to order 3 double edge trimmers model AU93 on line twice and was unsuccessful, kept getting an "ERROR, ORDER NOT PLACED" notice after providing credit card information I then tried to order on line and got the same "ERROR" notice. I called the toll free number ###-###-#### and spoke with an individual named Alex. He immediately took my order and credit card information as well and said he would be emailing me an order confirmation within the next couple of hours. I have not received the order confirmation as of today 9/*/15. I tried calling the 800 number to track the order on 9/* and on 9/* and was able to leave a message only. Could not get a hold of a real person, I tried every extension. Sales, Accounting and the original extension (3) and got a prompt saying "INVALID SELECTION". Today I tried call the ###-###-#### number and got the same results. I called our [redacted] company and found out they charged our credit card 3 times on 9/*/15 in the amounts of $67.50 and then charged our credit card 1 time on 9/*/15 in the amount of $66.50. I tried having the charges reversed but the representative name told me the charges were still pending and to wait until the statement closed on 9/**/15 and if those charges were charged to our account we could then proceed with disputing. I am concerned this company is not legit.Desired Settlement: Would like to have the products they are offering on their website.
