Review: The owner of the company [redacted] has stolen intellectual property (questionnaires, documents, check lists, web-site text) from my company ([redacted]) trying to mimic my company. Owner has ADMITTED to stealing the intellectual property of my company (Faveo Paralegals) but has as of today 06/**/2013 refused to remove stolen content or amend his web-site name also deliberately chose to mimic our company.Cease and Desist letter was sent to the owner of [redacted] but he continues to ignore the law. Such advertising practices are dishonest and unethical.Desired Settlement: Owner of [redacted] to remove content stolen from our company and change domain name so that it does not infringe and try to pass off as our company.
