Breach of Contract and failure to complete work.Hired Vision Builders of NC([redacted])to build covered porch and deck.Contract from Vision builders states work is to be performed according to North Carolina Building Code and Vision builders will obtain city of Raleigh/ Wake County permits.Permits were not obtained by Vision Builders. Work was not completed according to North Carolina Building code. I had to obtain the permits, work with inspectors, and hire other laborers to perform the following so the project would pass inspection;1) Add footings(required by Raleigh/Wake County Inspector).2) Install roof trim (work not completed).3) Install outlet on deck(required by North Carolina Building code) to get project to pass inspection.4) Install hurricane clips(required by North Carolina Building code) to get the project to pass inspection.Desired Settlement$2,000
