Review: On April 7, 2014 I purchased reading lenses and a frame at [redacted]'s business for a total cost of $ 204 which I paid at once in full. On May 16, 2014 my insurer informed me that Medicare had paid $ 100.33 to [redacted] as part of my expense. Since I had recently moved, I immediately wrote [redacted], notifying him of my new address which he would need to refund the amount to me which was paid to him twice, namely by me and by Medicare. There has been no response, which would indicate that there is no intention on [redacted]'s part to return $ 100.33 he owes me.Desired Settlement: I suggest that Dr. [redacted] send me a check for $ 100.33, the amount he received twice, namely from Medicare and from me. I further suggest he send the check to [redacted]
