The project was completed. Home owner even came to our home demanding a $100 refund,we gave it to them.

"Erroneously, Vision Home states that the project was complete and that I demanded $100 in reimbursement.  Both of these statements are incorrect.  I have the original contract and work is still not done on the project.  The $100 I supposedly demanded from this business was money that they owed me due to not being able to get an electrical inspection that was paid in full.  It had nothing to do with a refund with the actual job."

We can't respond to the so called complaint. The job is beautiful.
[redacted] seems to be an odd person.
He even showed up at my home demanding we reimburse him 100 dollars.
We're considering a order of protection if anything else happens with him.

Review: [redacted] of Vision Homes has work left to complete on my property from the summer/fall of 2012, despite being paid in full. Due to Super Storm Sandy, work was delayed and I was fine with that until the following spring (2013). After an initial meeting to finish up work (deck repairs and sealing of wood), the spring and summer came and went and [redacted] was no where to be found. He would not return phone calls, texts, or emails. I contacted [redacted] again this spring and he decided not to answer my emails or texts or calls. After calling from a different line that he would not recognize, I was told that he would no longer be finishing the job and that I should never contact him again.Desired Settlement: I would normally want my contractor to repair the unfinished work, but I do not want to work with this business again. Therefore, I am asking for $500 to cover repairs/wood replacement and sealing of the deck.
