Review: I went into this company for an eye exam and paid cash because they were unable to verify my insurance at that time. A month later they billed my insurance for other services and for contacts. I don't wear contacts, never got fitted for contacts and have never gone back since my original visit. I have called on numerous occasions with my insurance provider on the other line and we have been told the billing guy is always on vacation and only new people are working there. On their [redacted] it shows the same employees working their since 2011! On another website, [redacted], other people have complained of the same issues as well.Desired Settlement: I want reimbursement for all charges made on my plan since my insurance says since they were paid out there is nothing they can do now. It is because of these charges I am also unable to get glasses or services until June of 2014!

Review: I have gone to this office since I was 15. Referred my brother, father in law, friends. Today I went in with my 3 children. I had an appointment for my daughter at 2 and my 2 boys at 2:30. After not being seen till almost 3, the doc was very rude. She asked my 9 year old who needs glasses. Do you know the difference between a U and V. Clearly she needs glasses. She is 9 and knows her alphabet. When I asked her assistant to see my younger son sooner because I had an appointment and they were calling out of order and my son had an appointment at 5, the doctor then seemed even more rude. After notifying me that my 6 year old did Not need glasses she then said she was going to dilate his eyes anyway. My son then said Mommy I don't want eye drops, to which the doctor replied Too bad. You have too. Instead of trying to comfort him, to which I replied no he would not. She said sign a paper then so you can get out of here. To which I replied you are being very Rude and unprofessional. Words were exchanged back and forth. To which the Male doc that works in the office stepped in and said let's reschedule your appointment for never. When the doc then called my other son up I said we were leaving. My boyfriend said to patients in the office just to let you know this doctor is rude and unprofessional. We walked out. The doc then followed us out of the store, taunting us. Saying have a nice day. Do you need an umbrella? Or a ride to your car? We were already out of the store. He had no reason to follow us to our cars yelling anything. Not to mention infront of my kids. My 9 year old daughter already had her glasses picked. She was crying and this ''doctor' was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will also be filing a complaint with the medical board.Desired Settlement: I have already spoke to my insurance to stop payment. The services were not completed. I will NEVER do business here again. On every single search engine I will leave a negative review.
