Review: I purchased a pair of eyeglasses that were incorrectly made. The lenses were too large for the frame and were bulging out. I returned them and asked them to adjust them and I payed additional fees for their repair because they could not refund the money due to the item being custom made. They do however offer a refund if the product is made with mistakes. I was told that the eyeglasses would be fixed and I would receive them to my specifications. When I received them I inspected them carefully and the lenses were still slightly bulging out of the frame along with an awkward warping of the frame as well. I told them they made a mistake and I should receive a refund. They agreed to refund me but said they couldn't refund me through paypal which was a lie. They said they would send me a check which I never received. I called them and told them I never received the check and they said they would send another one which was also a lie. I have yet to receive any check from them.Desired Settlement: I just want my cash back if I cant receive my cash then at least return the glasses so I can sell them

Review: $149.65 was the amount paid for prescription eyeglasses. Refund is listed as $94.70 A difference of $54.95...or 36.7% Return Policy: "You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price." I attempted to contact [redacted] but received no response. Subject was "Order #: [redacted]" I received no response from the contact form from the website.Desired Settlement: $54.95 credit to AMEX card
