Vision Quest Lending

My wife and I are very pleased with our overall experience with Vision Quest. We were informed throughout the entire process and much to our surprise, Vision Quest Lending offered us a no closing cost loan that our previous lender could not match! We have recommended our family, friends and neighbors without hesitation.

Recently, I worked with Vision Quest Lending to refinance our homeowners loan. We were able to get a new loan which significantly reduced our rate, and will allow us to save hundreds of dollars on our monthly payments. We worked with Tony Nguyen thru this process. Tony is a great person to work with as he very patient, knowledgeable, and works hard to get a good deal for you. I would definitely work with Tony again.

My son referred me to Tony Nguyen at Vision Quest lending. I initially started the process and did not qualify for a loan due to some credit issues and DTI. Through the course of a year, I worked with Tony and took his suggestions in order to reduce my DTI and increase my FICO scores. Slowly but surely, my DTI became more in inline and my Credit Scores improved to a point where I could qualify for a loan. Once I qualified for the loan, Tony worked with me to explain the different options to ensure I selected the option that worked best for me. Tony was able to get me an interest rate that was below the market average and also explained the differences of keeping a higher interest rate with more cash out or a lower interest rate with less cash out. I have worked with loan companies in the past and have never received the level of expertise that I have with Tony. In the end, I was able to pay off all of my debts, save over $750 per month, and get a 30 year fixed at a very low interest rate. I owe Tony and his company a lot of thanks and recommend him to anyone looking to do a loan.

I've been wanting to write a review about Vision Quest Lending, however family and work have kept me occupied. My husband and I closed our loan in April. We had the pleasure to work with [redacted]. He was extremlely knowlegable and made the process painless. Our situation was unique as we took over our in laws home and all lenders we spoke to previously told us we would need to be on title for 12 months. Right away [redacted] said that was not the case. We trusted him and are glad we did. He closed our loan withing 30 days and provided us with an excellent rate along with no closing cost. OUTSTANDING JOB in processing my VA refin loan. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the speed in which my loan was processed. Approximately 12 days to get to signing documents is GREAT!. My loan funded on the date I was told and I had no issues during the entire process. I recommend them highly and will never go to another lender for future requirements. The company and employees are very good and do excellent work.

Vision Quest Lending advised me of my eligibility to refinance my current VA home loan and provided me expert guidance and support throughout the process. The company's electronic document review and signing capability was amazingly simple while providing security safeguards that were most reassuring. The entire process took about two weeks from start to closing and involved minimal email exchanges and phone calls and few exchanges of documentation. I was most impressed with the effectiveness and efficiency of their process.

More important to me was the outstanding support I received from Vision Quest's skilled and dedicated staff. [redacted] in particular was a superstar and never left me wondering where we were in the process or what was coming next. His advice and responsiveness was excellent throughout the process. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated his consistent support every step of the way. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Vision Quest Lending 's handling of this important effort. They made the process simple and easy and I saved money. Well done!

Review: the loan officer Mr. [redacted] had contacted me about the refinance of my home loan, we discussed every detail, his offer was 3.875% free loan, everything was sent to my email in detail and I have his offer email, he asked for my husbands' and my document e.g. W2 forms for the last 2 years, pay stubs, bank statements, DL #, ssn so that we can lock at this rate, we sent everything and we spoke over the phone to lock on October 22nd and his exact words to me were " ok , you are now locked at 3.875% things can only get better from now". The night before signing I was talking to him to confirm everything and he was trying to avoid telling me anything but only because I kept going in the very details he said that my rate is 3.99% and at that point he would not tell me any reason for not giving me what I was promised and instead he said take it or leave it.Desired Settlement: I want the rate that I locked on October 22, 2014 with the loan officer [redacted] which is 3.875%.2
