Problems with Glasses made. Initial service was 6/22/13. Still after several months,last glasses received in 11/13, glasses were giving me problems. 6/22/13, day of service for new glasses.got glasses but not able to see properly,new glasses were re order but still having problems with them. Script done on 6/22/13 had less strength than my old glasses. Last attempt was done in 10/13, new exam done and glasses came back but still having problems, headaches, blurred vision. [redacted] were spent over the vision plan deductible of [redacted] Had to go to a different eye doctor to have another glasses made. Spent [redacted] for the new lenses. I have lost [redacted] and the use of my vision plan benefits and on top had to spend [redacted] for new glasses.Desired SettlementI am requesting a Refund of [redacted]. My eye problems were not fix after spending this amount and the lost of my Vision Plan benefits. I will not be able to have Vision Plan benefits for 2 years.
