Review: I have been a member of [redacted].com for ten years. When I upgraded my computer software to a new software, I had difficulty opening up my [redacted] wallpapers that I had saved on a usb hard drive, [redacted]. When I went to the [redacted] website to login and re-download the wallpapers, it showed that it was no longer functioning. There was absolutely no way to get in contact with [redacted]/Vision X technical support because the website was no longer functioning; it would constantly show an error message. I called [redacted] and also the [redacted] company to assist me with this problem and they told me that I need to get in contact with [redacted]. I had to do extensive research on the computer to get in contact with someone from [redacted]/Vision X Software, Inc until I finally found that information from the Domain Tools website, http://whois.domaintools.com/[redacted].com. I was able to get in contact with a Mr.Michael R[redacted] and he told me that he would help me with the technical problem ASAP; he would email the registration keys for each of the wallpapers that I ordered ten years ago. A month has gone by and I have never heard from him since. I have left him several messages on his voicemail and I also emailed him more than once. Till this day I have not heard from him and I have not been able to get the tech support that he stated that he would help me resolve.Desired Settlement: I need technical support from Vision X Software, Inc; I want to get my old [redacted] wallpapers back on my computer.
