Review: I was overcharged for services based on insurance discounts negotiated. The office manager [redacted] agreed after reviewing the documentation from the insurance claim and indicated that I would receive a refund in several weeks. When that did not occur, I contacted the office and received very elusive answers regarding co-pays...which was not only inaccurate but clearly an attempt to evade the refund. I contacted my insurance company who agreed that I was overcharged by the provider, Visionquest, and should have received the refund.Desired Settlement: I am due a refund of 58.01. I paid 269.36 in the office. Blue Cross indicated that I was only responsible for 211.35.
