Review: [redacted] called Revdex.com very upset. She is housebound and elderly and a recent widow. A couple of weeks ago VPA sent a doctor to her home who examined her and ran tests. She stated that they have all her information and now she cant reach them. When she calls the VPA they never answer and the call would go dead. Once she finally got through the person she spoke with told her that her doctor, [redacted], was no longer with the VPA and then the call disconnected. She has not been able to get through to find what her test results were and she wants to request a foot doctor asap. Also, she wants another doctor assigned to her.Desired Settlement: What are her test results. Will they assign another doctor and schedule a foot doctor for her. Would they contact her in regard to these issues.
