Review: We recently used Vista Parking because a friend recommended their reliable services. We did some research and although they had some complaints we decided to try them out. When we arrived home on Friday February 14th after dark and were shuttled to the lot and found the car still covered in snow from our recent Nor 'Easter. (The website states they clean off your car in case of snow) My girlfriend went inside the booth to pay so we could get the keys while I tried to clean the snow off the front glass. Upon starting the car I saw that the front and rear wipers were on but the front ones were not moving. I asked the attendant what they did to my car and he began to say nothing was wrong and began slapping the wipers against the glass as if they were just frozen. (They weren't). Upon further inspection of the front wipers, it was clear they were loose at the hinges connecting them to the wiper motors and were not going to turn no matter what we did.Realizing there was no immediate fix, we went into the booth and spoke with the manager on duty to complain that one of their attendants broke my wipes. She simply handed us a form and said fill this out someones going to have to contact you on Monday. I asked how someone broke my wipers and she said I dunno and continued to ignore us as she watched tv. It created an incredibly dangerous situation where we had to drive home without wipers during one of the worse winters we've had.Since the 14th I have contacted the complaint line and left a message and still have not received any response. My mechanic was able to repair my wipers.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the entire amount paid $57.75.

Review: My car was damaged while parked at this parking facility. The car has dents on the roof that look like someone walked on top of it. I sent photos of the damage to the facility.
