Review: The cleaning crew did not show up for a week. We called both the local supervisor and the Head Quarters in VA repeatedly and left messages and no one would return our calls. Finally after two days (Monday and Friday)cleaning were missed we called again and reached the supervisor locally and he said that he and the cleaning crew had quit because they were not being paid. This is the second time in the last 9 months that we have heard that they were not being paid properly.We are an industry and have trash over flowing, floors filthy and bathrooms and kitchen/break room that have not been cleaned since Friday August 30th. We have cancelled our contract with Vista Commercial Cleaning Services and would not recommend them at all. They put us in extreme difficulty by not notifying us of the disruption of service.Desired Settlement: We would just like other companies to know that they are not reliable nor trust worthy.
